Network Problems Check and make sure your wireless network is successfully connecting to other devices such as your cellphone. If your other devices aren't connecting check your wireless connection. You can do this by right clicking on the wireless network icon on the bottom right of your screen and clicking 'Troubleshoot Problems.' It's possible your wireless network isn't connecting because there are no networks available or there is an issue with your router. If troublehshooting doesn't solve the connection issue, try unplugging your router for one minute, leaving it unplugged for one minute and then plugging it back in. If connection doesn't resume, try calling your internet provider.
